What is your return policy?

All orders are final, and we are unable to accommodate returns, refunds, or cancellations on any order. Due to hygienic standards and the personal nature of our face masks we are unable to accept returns.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time MaskMyFace orders may only be shipped within the United States

Is your mask medical grade?

Our product is not intended for use in any surgical setting or where significant exposure to liquid, bodily fluid, or other hazardous fluids may be expected. It is not intended to be used in a clinical setting where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high or to be used in the presence of high-intensity heat source or flammable gas.

I want to buy a lot of masks. Can you offer bulk pricing?
